Can you personalise my products?

YES, we can 🖋

We are 3D printing our moulds and stamps so we're happy to design any custom shape or logo for you - please message with your idea for a quote and we'll message you to confirm the design prior to manufacturing.

What payment method do you accept?

Almost anything 🐔

All major credit and debit cards accepted, along with PayPal or cash on collection.

What is your shipping policy?

Within 1 day 

We aim to process your order within 24 hours of order placement and use Royal Mail 2nd Class for delivery, unless requested otherwise. For dispatching personalised products please allow for 5 working days.

How will my products arrive?

Through letterbox 📫

Our entire product portfolio has been designed with eco-friendly, smooth shipping in mind: we use recycled cardboard boxes and paper tape, delivered as "large letter" whenever possible so that it can be posted through your letter box.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, if unused ​🔙

Should you feel dissatisfied or just changed your mind please don't hesitate to let us know and we'll come up with a mutually acceptable solution.

Please note: due to hygienic reasons only unopened, unused items may be returned.

What is your refund policy?

14 days - no hassle​​ 💰

We offer a 14-day money back guarantee: if you have any complaint about any item within 14 days of purchase we'll refund the full purchase price of the item, no hassle. (Postage costs excluded.)
